Resolved: Coupon would not scan $3 off on face makeup.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Called company directly.
I went to Walmart in Auburndale, FL, to purchase CoverGirl face makeup in the pink and brown tube. I had a $3 off coupon to use at checkout.
When I scanned the coupon, it would not take the $3 off. I called the Walmart associate over so she could look at the coupon. It was in date and had all face makeup, except travel/trial sizes and checkers, which I did not have.
She could not get it to scan either. I was very disappointed.

My name is Samantha Turner I am 60 years old. I am reaching out to you to say that I have been searching for years to find the right mascara, I have tried many brands and I had no luck in what worked for me.
Until I tried COVER GIRL (EYE ENHANCER 3D) mascara! I dont like fake eyelashes and it is required when I am on the theatre stage to wear them because of the stage lights. Now that I where the COVER GIRL (EYE ENHANCER 3D) mascara no one can tell the difference. Thank you, Cover Girl, for creating such an amazing product.

Why has it been discontinued?
I have rosecea and I found this foundation didn't irritate my skin. I have tried other covergirl foundations and I can't find one I like that doesn't make my rosecea flare up.
I was always a Maybelline girl but they did the same so I switched to covergirl. Now I have to find another.
Sadly it will not be covergirl.

Cover girl has discontinued a really good lipstick (exhibitionist, sweetheart blush) and replaced it with crap!
- The lipstick was renamed from Rose Quartz to Sweetheart Blush and discontinued.
- The new lipsticks are inferior and feel like sandpaper.
My lipstick that I've been buying for years, which used to be called 'rose quartz,' is now called 'sweetheart blush' and has been scrapped. The new lipsticks are inferior and unacceptable!
Awful! They felt like sandpaper on my lips.

Product defect
- Longtime customer notes Ink It charcoal was discontinued; switched to Perfect Point Plus Eye Pencil in charcoal; one pencil defect, it wouldn't click.
I am 64 years old, and I have been purchasing your eyeliner for longer than I care to admit. I was disappointed when you discontinued the Ink It line in charcoal but went back to the Perfect Point Plus Eye Pencil in charcoal.
I don't send complaints, but when you have purchased a product for as long as I have and to have two be defective, I get upset and need to bring it to your attention.
I just opened a newly purchased eye pencil, turned to raise the product for use only to have it not do the click-click and raise to a usable height; it wouldn't budge. Lot F50204 Pos: 72 then has 429001 stamped in a different color.

- A $14 voucher was issued to replace it.
- I received the voucher and am pleased with the outcome.
I bought a lipstick and when I went to put it on, the lipstick fell out of the container. I couldnt use it so I had to throw it out.
I called the company and spoke with a lady there and she told me that she would send me a voucher of $14 to get another lipstick.
